We use your personal information to complete delivery of your order. All customer information is saved and used according to the relevant regulations of the German Data Protection Act and the Teleservice Data Protection Act.

If you sign up for our newsletter, we keep your e-mail address on file for advertising purposes until you give us notice that you no longer wish to receive the newsletter.
We do not give your personal information, including your mailing address and e-mail address, to any third parties.
The only exceptions to this rule are our service partners who need the information to process your order (e.g. the shipping company responsible for delivery of your order and the financial institution charged with handling payments). However, in these cases only the minimum amount of information that is necessary will be transmitted.

In our shop, information about the contents of your shopping cart will be saved in cookies and these can be called up on your next visits.
If you want to register with us or place an order, we need your personal data. If you are already one of our customers, you can sign in simply using your customer number and postal code. The data saved in a cookie make it unnecessary to fill out the form. The cookies have a maximum usability period of one day. You can also control the acceptance of cookies in your browser program and disable them if so desired.

You have the right at all times to information, correction, blocking and, if need be, deletion of your saved data – free of charge.
